  • Send your brief to a maximum of three matched builders

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share your personal data with:

  • Builders on our panel – we send your project brief (including name, contact details, and project specification) to a maximum of three matched builders who may contact you directly
  • Formspree – our form processing provider, used to receive and forward your enquiry to us
  • Our hosting provider Siteground, who stores data on EU-based servers

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with data protection law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission. If your project does not proceed, we will delete your personal data on request. Builder application data is retained for 36 months.
